Privacy Policy

Elaris Systems LLC, operating as Elaris Desk, uses personal information to provide our store and help with your orders. This policy describes the information collected through elarisdesk.com and how we use it.

Information you provide

When you use checkout, create an account, or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and messages. Please do not include sensitive financial information in our contact form or email.

Store and device information

Our website and hosting systems may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and security logs. We use it to keep the store available, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies support shopping cart sessions, checkout, account sign-in, and security. These functions may not work if you block essential cookies. The Cookie Settings banner stores your Accept or Decline choice in your browser’s local storage, under elaris-cookie-choice.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies or load marketing pixels. Accept and Decline both keep essential store functions available. Open Cookie Settings in the footer to review or change your choice. Clearing your browser storage resets that choice.

How we use and share information

We use your details to process and deliver orders, provide order notifications, handle returns, answer questions, and maintain secure accounts. We share information as needed with service providers that host the store, deliver email, or transport packages, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We keep order and service records for business, accounting, and legal needs and remove or de-identify information when it is no longer needed. HTTPS protects information in transit. No website or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

You can review account details by signing in, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required for legal or transaction purposes. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights and may appeal a declined request by contacting us.

Children and external links

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. External websites have their own privacy practices.

Contact and policy changes

We may update this policy when our practices change. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected] or 1-626-781-1960, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
