These terms apply to elarisdesk.com, operated by Elaris Systems LLC as Elaris Desk. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Using the store

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact and address information, keep account credentials private, and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse customer care services.

Product information and fit

We describe products using available material, finish, and dimension information. Measurements may be approximate, and screen settings can affect how colors appear. Review the product’s listed dimensions and measure your desk and device before ordering. Equipment and styling items shown with a product are not included unless the product description expressly lists them.

Prices and orders

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and any taxes are shown at checkout. We may update prices for future orders. An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your request; acceptance occurs when the order ships. We may cancel an order for an inaccurate listing, inability to supply an item, or suspected misuse, and will notify you and refund any amount charged for a canceled item.

Shipping and returns

We deliver only to the contiguous 48 states. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 2–7 days. Orders $59 or more ship free; orders below $59 have a $6.99 standard shipping charge. See the Shipping Policy for details. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, with unused items in original packaging. The Refund Policy explains return shipping costs and refunds.

Site content and availability

Brand artwork and original store content belong to Elaris Systems LLC or their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not republish its content commercially without permission. We may correct errors and make reasonable changes to the site. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

Responsibilities

Use items for their intended purpose and follow included assembly or care instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the site or products. These terms are governed by Virginia law, subject to applicable consumer protections.
