Your desk is personal, and fit matters. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging and included parts.

How to return an item

1. Check that the item is unused and you are within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and contact information inside the return package. You may contact [email protected] or 1-626-781-1960 first for help or to request a return.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts, and send it to the address below. Keep your carrier receipt and tracking number.

Return shipping costs

We cover return shipping for a quality problem, an incorrect item, or damage in transit. Contact us before shipping one of these returns so we can arrange the return shipping. Please retain the item and packaging and provide photos when available.

For other reasons, including a change of mind, an unsuitable size, or a finish that does not work with your desk, you pay return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Inspection and refund

We inspect returned items within 3–5 business days after receiving them. If the return meets the conditions above, we initiate a refund to the original payment method after approval. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

For a change-of-mind return, the original standard shipping charge is not refunded. For an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we refund the item and applicable original shipping charges. We will explain any return that does not qualify before closing your request.

Exchanges and cancellations

If you want a different item, contact us to discuss the return and a separate purchase. To cancel or correct an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return policy applies.
