Shipping Policy

We ship desk essentials to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, or military addresses.

Processing and transit

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. After processing, transit takes 2–7 days. These are separate stages; the transit estimate does not include processing time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We use standard parcel services. Once your order ships, we send the shipment details and available tracking to your order email address. Carrier delays, weather, and address issues can affect arrival.

Shipping cost

• Orders of $59 or more: free standard shipping.
• Orders below $59: $6.99 standard shipping.

The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal before tax. Your applicable shipping charge appears in the cart and at checkout.

Check your address

Please include your apartment or suite number and check the ZIP code before placing your order. If an address needs correction, contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We may not be able to change it after the order has entered processing.

Delays or damage

If tracking stops moving or a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us. For damaged items, include photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you of the delay and offer a revised date or cancellation and refund.
